Yes. It comes with a 6 foot typical 2-conductor appliance cable. ( Everyone has seen this cable a thousand times ) Just plug that cable into the battery compartment and an AC outlet and you are good to go. I found the 6 foot cable to be too short. So I bought a 10 foot cable. The 10 foot cable was perfect for my circumstances.

The charger is built in. A cord comes with it to plug into an outlet for recharging.
