This has happened to me before but what makes it work again is make sure your hover board is off then level it what I mean by leveling it is make sure that the hover board is standing up by itself and either sides are lifted off the ground at the same height then holding the power button for 10 seconds then turn it off and turn it back on again and it should solve the problem
