A:AnswerI ordered a T580 direct from Swagtron website. I received a T588. Comparing a friend's T580 (black) to our T588 (red) they have identical power requirements. Look pretty much the same. Their's does not have LED lights on the wheels.
A:AnswerRes light Is only because he is not placing his foot correctly, so it kind of let him know he needs to fix them. Green light when he place one foot means it is going to start moving as soon as he place the other foot.

Recalibration can take several tries to get right some times. Here are the steps and a link to a video in order to assist you:

Let's try recalibration steps 1-5 (Please BE SURE to use levels!)
Calibration
Step 1 : Start with the Swagtron powered off.
Step 2: Place each level parallel with the wheel touching the inside of the wheel base.
Step 3: Rotate the Swagtron until both levels on each wheel base are level. If you do not have a level, make sure both platforms are equal with each other and level to the ground as best as possible.
Step 4: While keeping the Swagtron level, hold the power button down. The Swagtron will make the
normal power on tone. Wait 3 seconds and you will hear a single beep. Release the power button. Front LEDs will begin flashing. Power the Swagtron off.
Step 5: Power on again. The Swagtron should now be calibrated. If the Swagtron is still not calibrated correctly, go to step 1 and begin making minor adjustments.Please repeat steps 1-5 twice.
If calibration does not work, there could be an internal issue with the board that our techs are best suited to address. You can then fill out the form at rma.swagtron.com in order to request a warranty repair for the unit.

A:AnswerWorks great even on grass, sidewalks are a little tricky, good balance helps. I would recommend practicing on smooth surfaces, like driveway or parking lot first.
A:AnswerManufacture says it's a Lith battery short charge time aprox. 2hrs.. Not sure on the exact size of the wheels just sent my son's one for replacement.
A:AnswerIt suppose to run about an hour at 7mph.(most say goes aprox. 10 miles) My son's ran about 1/2 hr. to 45 min. on a charge but he used the go cart attachment on smooth surface parking deck, no hill's so that may have changed the normal run time. I would say we never go more than 6 miles out of a charge (rough estimate). We only had our's for 5 months before it stopped working.
