Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I have used it swann did reply within 24 hours asking for my camera specs. I replied with the specs but waited 2 days with no reply. Sent another request and within 24 hours got the response. Didn’t help my issue. I like the swann but they need to improve the prerecord. It suppose to show few seconds before the motion trigger but most cases the recording shows mid trigger, frustrating. Here is the contact I used [email protected]. Good luck.
