“Can the flashing red/blue lights be turned on without the siren via app or DVR setting? Siren is too loud to use due to close neighbors but would like the flashing red/blue lights as deterrent.”

Hello Tom, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. No, the enforcer lights on the camera can only be turned on/off using our Swann Security application or within the recorder settings.
