I have an older model of this already but my dvr no longer records as well and the app no longer works. If I were to buy this, would I be able to hook up my existing cameras while adding a couple more from this one? null

That depends mostly on your type of wiring of your old cameras and the Enforcer. 

The cameras with this unit are wired exactly as two other systems I have.
