Yes. You can adjust both the detection zones and the sensitivity.
This is a 1TB model. You’d need to swap out the HD or order a different model in order to get 2TB.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.  Yes, masks can be set within the recorder settings to help reduce the number of false triggers. The hard drive can be internally upgraded but is not offered prior to shipping.

Why do you need 2 terabytes of memory? The amount of memory that comes with it is adequate. Perhaps you are talking about hard drive storage. It cannot be ordered with a bigger drive. You set it up to erase the oldest recordings when the drive gets full to make room for live recordings. Most installations hold about 30 days of recordings. You can set a "mask" for the area for alarms and for recording if you set it up to record only on motion detect.
