Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Swann security systems were listed as clearance products. However, I bought the kit with four cameras. The cameras, unfortunately, cannot be positioned for good views. They are mechanically locked on the mounting stands. This problem could expose the light sensor or imager to an unexpected light level. Black and white mode represents night vision. Your camera works, but it could be seeing shadow or limited light frequencies. Important: Label everything, and install ferrite cores on the camera and power pack cables. In addition, try to power the system through a UPS with brownout and surge protection. (The APC brand works great.) Treat it as a computer that needs to reliably run 24/7.
