Thanks for your question. You will need to give the hub an internet connection if you wish to view it remotely on your phone. However if you don’t want to connect it to the internet you can certainly do that too, you would just connect a monitor to the hub’s HDMI port and view everything locally in the monitor. -SD, Swann Team
