“Will this system work without any connection to the internet/wireless via a monitor or other viewing output (HDMI, etc). I dont need it for remote access just live viewing and recording.”

Hello RJ, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. This recorder kit requires a monitor at the initial setup. Once the recorder is connected to the Wi-Fi and the settings have been adjusted, you can remotely access the device using our Swann Security application. If you would like to use this recorder without an Internet connection, a monitor will need to be connected.
