“What must I do or buy to get audio for this device. I highlighted all the buttons in the system that say audio and I just get clicks and pops. All volumes are at 75% even main and sub channels? So I don’t know if I’m stuck with out ears!?!? v/r joel”

Dear Customer. The kit you have purchased includes the PRO-1080SQ camera model, but these particular cameras do not have any audio capability. We have recently launched a newer camera model called the PRO-1080MQB which features a microphone for 1-way audio. This is the first camera model to feature audio on a DVR system, prior to this it was not possible on a DVR due to technology limits. As your existing kit has 8 channels but only 4 cameras, you could add up to 4 more of the PRO-1080MQB if you wished to. -SD, Swann Product Management
