“How are the cameras powered are they hardwired or are they rechargeable”

Depending on the kit, this kit uses PoE Power over Ethernet which uses a digital Cat 5 ethernet cable using 568A or 568B wiring configurations which are standard. These Cameras use PoE and do not have batteries
