- Answer Thank you for your inquiry, Janu. No. Navigation and input on the recorder via TV/Monitor can only be done using the supplied infrared USB mouse. Other devices, such as PS/2 mouse, Bluetooth mouse or keyboards with USB dongles, USB keyboards, universal remotes, or remotes from older Swann recorders, may or may not work, and technical support cannot assist if these are used. Thank you for your question, even if NVR/camera is onvif capable we can't really guarantee that all onvif cameras/NVR will work with the unit since there might be a compatibility issue with camera resolution, cables used or the internal settings. - Answer Hello DEXY. Thank you for your question. We currently do not have a camera with all of the features you mention. Our 4K Add-On NVR Pan & Tilt Security Camera model SWNHD-900PT. The powerful digital zoom lets you zoom in to capture details essential for evidence although it won't mechanically track a person or vehicle. This has to be done manually. Hope this helps. - Answer Hi Pantera. This is a fully wired kit, you will need to run a network cable between each camera and the ports on the back of the NVR box. One 60ft cable per camera is included in the box. If you wish to have a wireless system instead I would recommend looking at our All Secure 600 or 650-series Wi-Fi NVR range on our website. -SD, Swann Team

QuestionI have the ProEnforcer wired system. At night one of the 8 cameras goes completely dark. The connection to the NVR is made with a sound cat6 cable. There are no lights shining into the camera at night. I don’t understand why this is happening.

- Answer Hi MKN. The cameras in this kit have a wide angle fixed lens. You cannot mechanically pan or tilt the cameras but you can digitally zoom in and around the image. We also sell a proper mechanical Pan Tilt camera that works with this NVR under model code NHD-900PT if you’re interested. -SD, Swann Team

- Answer Both, you can set the spot lights and all other functions to come on automatically when the cameras detect motion/threat or manually...each parameter (function) can be set & adjusted independently
