Hey there! We're currently working out contract details with our friends at Velofix for at-home assembly services and should have an update within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, please reference our FLEET how-to assemble video here and visit your local bike shop if you have any questions. If you purchased from Best Buy, Geek Squad is also a great resource.

It came in a box and is minimal work to install. A multitool is included to bolt on wheels, set up handle bar position, and pedals.
