The brand of the bike is SWFT. Your FLEET comes partially assembled however some additional assembly will be required before you can get moving. For additional guidance, take a look at this assembly video to help walk you through this process. We also recommend fully charging your battery before riding for the first time. As for locks, select any bike lock to secure your FLEET, however it is recommended you remove and store your battery while your e-bike is unattended in a public place.
