“I bought switch mario kart bundle. But i didnt receive any mario cart game card redemption code in box or online order receipt. I only eceived 12 month membership card with redemption code. How do i redeem the free game?”

i do believe once you set up the nintendo switch you can go to the Eshop and it should show up that you have a a downloadable game ready to add. if it does not show up, go into your account while on the Eshop and you should scroll down to where it says confirm product bundled with system

you can try going to the nintendo eshop and searching for mario kart. there might be an option for you to download the game.
