As of April 9th, Nintendo has made no official statement on when preorders will begin for the United States. Preorders delays were announced on April 4th. The release date is still currently set for June 5th but with the current tariffs and negotiations, it maybe some time till an official date is set. Rumors state potential increase in cost for the systems but this is also not officially confirmed.
