Total Tech was phased out over a year ago and is now called Best Buy Total.
From what I've read My Best Buy Total no longer gets early preorders on anything and it's  been removed from the benefits page.

Nope, they stopped caring about us there’s no more exclusive sales or big discounts for totaltech, probably better to cancel it.

that is not true their will be discounts and priority buying for stuff still i just got a astral 5080 thanks to best buy
