• I believe they do. If I recall, a friend of mine was deployed and I bought and shipped her DragonBall Fighterz. You just need to make sure you fill the shipping information out correctly!

• No, unfortunately they cannot ship over seas due to import and export laws. Most big corporation's don't want to be held liable if something happens. You would have to purchase the item and ship it personally. A lot of bases will help you ship them as well.
