They restock randomly. I know they have restocked it a couple of times in the last few days. You just have to check in at the right time because they go quick. Even when it does show in stock, you still have to beat the autobots. I was able to purchase one yesterday but it was difficult. I was able to add it to my cart but every time I went to check out, it said it was out of stock. I kept trying and it finally went through. It's all luck really. I also used hotstock for alerts.
