• Basically you go in settings for both and choose one to send and the other to receive. So it has to be on one system at a time. Otherwise you have to pay for Nintendo Online to have Cloud saves.

• Yes, but you will either have to sync via the cloud each time you want to transfer save data or have the lite next to your OG switch and sync.
