QuestionPLEASE HELP!.the main player works fine, sound and pic.. the 2nd one stopped playing movies.. has sound and a blue screen but will not play the movie..happened out of no where while plugged in correctly. Can I replc the cord? What size? Thanks!

- Answer You can use only the main one if you wish. You can have only one connected as well. If you have both connected, you can have the second one turned off.

QuestionHere's the main issue. I bought this product SOLELY on it's advertised ability to play media files from USB or a SD card. I have read where it only supports MPG2 files. No matter which size of USB drive I use it won't work - why??
