I am happy with my purchase, the DVDs player works perfectly and was a boon on a long trip. But if you have issues, my experience is Best Buy honors their return policy with graciounness. Refer to the Best Buy return policy for the max time length between purchase & (potential) return, make sure you give the recipient keeps their gift receipt. .
