Hello! With the Blink Sync Module XR, whether you can view clips immediately in the app depends on how they are being stored. There are two distinct modes: 1. Local Storage (No Subscription) If you do not have a Blink Subscription Plan, your motion clips are saved directly to the microSD card in the Sync Module XR. App Viewing: Yes, you can view these right in the Blink app. The Experience: You’ll notice a "Storage Switcher" icon in the Clips section of the app that lets you toggle between Cloud and Local storage. The Catch: Because the clips are being pulled directly from the microSD card over your Wi-Fi, they often take significantly longer to load (sometimes 10–30 seconds) compared to cloud clips. 2. Clip Backup (With a Subscription) --If you do have an active subscription, the system prioritizes Cloud Storage. The microSD card then acts as a secondary "Clip Backup." App Viewing: No, you cannot view the backups in the app. The Process: The system saves a backup of your cloud clips to the card once every 24 hours. These specific backup files are invisible to the app. To view these: You must "Safely Eject" the card via the app settings, take it out, and plug it into a computer.
