• As long as the phone takes a SIM card, then it should. You might need to use the included adapter to get the SIM to fit.

• I use it with unlocked iPhone 4S. It works well with it

• Yes, it will work with an unlocked phone. It does mine, as long as your service provider is T-Mobile.
