“Compatible plans I do not see that you sell the $30/mo plan cards. If I buy this phone from Best Buy, can it be used with those cards. Or I do have to buy the phone at Walmart where the cards are to get that plan?”

As long as the phone is for t-mobile you can get a t-mobile prepaid card from any store.
