Do I need an appointment to come in and have you install the screen protector? Will I have to leave it with you overnight? Thank you.”

• No, just go into your BB store, they'll install your shield right then, no leaving it overnight either.

• as long as they have products in stock thtey should be able to do it while you wait, if they don't mess up the install it should take about 5-10 minutes, extra memory you can actually do yourself pretty simply

• I stood in line and they installed the screen protector right in front of me. I didn't have to leave it overnight.
