The blue light is solid, what does that mean? null

Our blue light stays on continuously—just indicates the unit is powered on.

May mean your power supply is no good. I read a post on Tablo’s site and there were also recommendations for inexpensive replacement power supply from Amazon. Seems to be a consistent issue.
