• Yes it will, only turn on the tv and then select Tablo app on your tv and leave AT&T off.

• Tablo needs to connect your wifi. Need smart device like Roku, Five TV etc.. for Tablo app for DVR and tv guide.

• The Tablo records your OTA channels and streams them across your home network. There shouldn't be any issue with your internet service, although the quality of it might impact the streaming channels.

• Any internet service will work. It needs an antenna for the Over-The-Air signal to receive local stations. Requires internet to receive streaming stations. All signals received by the Tablo are available on your network. My Tablo has a poor tuner for the OTA stations, at least not as good as my TVs. You really need to decide why you want the Tablo.
