How heavy is this? Want to use it on a so y alpha 7c null

It is heavy, but if you don't have to keep changing lens for many different situations.

Hello, while I have not weighed it, it’s not heavy at all. I’d say about the same as a full can of soda.

Don’t have the exact weight but we carry/use it in a6000 and it isn’t bulky or awkward.

See the product specifications, particularly the out-of=box "product weight" spec. Be advised that your α7c will need to be in cropped mode for this lens, thus it'll effectively be a 27-450mm lens.
