The Tamron 18-400mm lens will work great with your camera. My wife and I each have Nikon D5600 models and they both have that lens attached the majority of the time. The Tamron 18-400mm lens is tack sharp. The focusing motor is both quite and fast. It's a great lens and well worth the price.
