Can this lens be used with a mirrorless camera? null

It depends on the camera. The Nikon Z cameras do work with F-Mount lenses (in which case this will work)

It could be used on mirrorless cameras however, it drops your megapixels, therefore the quality of the image is not as rich as expected from mirrorless. Example; the Nikon z6 is a 24.5 megapixel beast of a camera, that lens would make it a 10 megapixel, therefore reducing image quality. If you intend on printing images larger than an 8x10, I suspect pixalation with larger images would be a problem.
