“Hey, I have the CY23 vacuum and wanted to know if this will work with it? Also, do I need and attachment part for it to work? I saw were a lot of people saying in the reviews they needed some type of attachment for this to work? what is the attachment?”

Don't know about the ball model but an adapter is needed for the stick models. I could only find the adapter on Amazon. About 8 to 10 bucks. You don't need the hose extension in the picture. Works well with the stick models but only on high speed.

You would need to use an adaptor, to fit between the tool and your machine. The adaptor will allow the tool - with the gray tab - to attach to your wand, with the red tab.
