• If I plug it into my computer it still defaults to any bluetooth devices I previously paired with (my phone).

• No i doubt it - it is wireless Bluetooth keyboard and battery is rechargeable and lasts for quite a while!!!

• Although, our Foldable Keyboard does include a cord, that cord is only for charging. This keyboard works be connecting to a devices Bluetooth for a wireless connection. It will not work as a wired keyboard.
