“How water resistant and shock resistant is it? I haven't used it yet so may need to return it. What is the return policy. I need something light weight, waterproof, able to withstand dropping.”

It is very resistant and water proof im ver happy with the purchase

It is just a simple laptop case to store your laptop somewhere and not have it get scratched or dusty. I haven’t got to test the water proof but maybe if you spilled a little bit on the laptop case it would be fine but not if you completely dropped it into the pool or something.
