QuestionI'm from the US and going to Italy this summer. Seeing mixed feedback on what I can and can't plug in with this. Can I plug a cpap machine into my Italy hotel using this or will there be an issue with voltage?

- Answer Our World Travel adapter is not a voltage converter. You are able to use devices that are rated for 120/240 volts. Please keep in mind that if your device is rated for 120v and you plug it in to a wall socket that is rated at 240v it may result in damage or injury. Italy's average voltage is 230v.
