Are these power adapters grounded ? null

Hello, I went to targus website and verified the user manual for the adapter APK01US amd it says "This is a non-grounded adapter. Do not use with grounded devices".

It depends on the plug you need to insert it into as you are traveling in other parts of the world. I used this with great success as I traveled. Most had two prongs but there was a rare one that had three prongs. The plugs were different from the ones you find in buildings in the US.
