• Unlikely. TVs are usually 120 volt AC or alternating current - the stuff that comes out of the wall. This is for a laptop which use a different voltage, amperage, and sized plugs. They are all DC or direct current requiring an adapter. Look at the back of the TV for a serial number and check this or other online vendors for replacement TV plug.

• No, this is for a laptop, I doubt that it will work on a TV because of the low wattage and voltage.
