“I just received this case for my new iPad Air 4. It fits great but I cannot use the Touch ID. I think the cutout is too thick for it to identify my fingerprint. Is there a way to get this to work with this case?”

• Since I posted this question, I discovered that if you go into settings and redo your fingerprint with the case on, it works! It took a few tries, but now I can use the Touch ID with the new case!

• Mine is doing the same thing, I can sometimes get it to work. Hoping its just a loosen up the rubber type of situation that will get better with time.

• I have the same problem with my new iPad Air, 4th Gen. I think it is a design flaw with this case. Otherwise, a very nice case.
