I just bought thr Targus Versavu case for IPad Air 4. It turns off when I close the case but doesn't turn back on when I c open it. Am I doing something wrong? null

I have never had any problems with this case, including the current IPad Air 5 case. This is not the first time I’ve heard about this issue. I would contact Targus directly.

I have always had to press the top power button to get any of mine to lite up but I always have a code to enter before I can use it. The case doesn't change that
