Hi JioJam. Yes, this phone is unlocked and can be used with most network around the world. For making phone calls, the network uses the frequency that that is common with the phone. For access to the internet, if the phone doesn't detect the correct APN, you may need to enter it manually in the APN settings of the phone. You would need the APN parameters from the network provider. It may or may not be readily available on its website. Hope this helps. - Kevin.
