There may be problems with the speed of your internet that is available in your home. If you have no problem streaming on your other devices, it may be the location of your tv. You might try moving you tv closer to your modem or buying a signal booster. Best Buy has them between $20 and $200. Netgear has worked for me.You should be able to use a low cost one as you probably have low square footage inside. Additionally, if you have a ethernet cable, you can hook your tv directly to you modem. That should boost you power. If the signal is still weak, you will need a booster. Not a tech person, just know how I solved this one at my house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For this TV, you would need a minimum of 5 Mbps for streaming. Network Check Connection Test: 1.) Power on TV and press the "Home" button 2.) While on the "Home" screen navigate to Settings->Network ->Check Connection 3.) When the connection test is complete navigate to Settings->Network ->About. For option for extending the signal. You would want to contact the Internet provider or the RV park for option. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
