“I have Roku Ultra on my TV at home, my wife and I travel frequently in our travel trailer, and we stay at RV campgrounds where we have full hook ups rather than "Boondocking". Will we still us our Roku account, do we have to establish new accounts”

one is okay for both BUT when you set up a second account on another Roku device you get the advantage of having a second set of free trials as well :)

You should be able to use your same Roku account (username/password) across multiple television sets/Roku devices. I set up two Roku smart tvs for my parents and they both use the same account. It even automatically initiated download of the same channels when I set up the 2nd tv!
