• If not using the TCL Roku remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. To use the mobile app to turn on the TV, you must enable "Fast TV start". You can enable this by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Fast TV start>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• You can use your phone to control the Tv, but you’ll have to get the Roku Tv app.
