QuestionDoes only ROKU work on this tv or can you use an Amazon Firestick?

- Answer Yes, you can plug in a Firestick. There are 3 HDMI ports. You'll need to use one of them for your cable service, if applicable. Use the remaining 2 for whatever (Apple TV, Firestick, Chromecast, etc.) The TV already has Prime Video loaded. The Apple TV is loaded too. It's a pay/view channel. I have a Firestick on mine because I wanted the Prime Music also.

QuestionHow can I make to disappear the logo images for Roku, Netflix etc.. that appears on the upper left side of the screen and covers one third of the tv ? I tried everything and keeps coming back 10 seconds later, I am sooo annoyed, Please Help !

- Answer It sounds like your TV may have been setup in "store mode". You would want to reset your TV and make sure you select "Home use" during initial setup. QuestionDoes this TCL tv have a brower app that comes with the TV ? I have Visio Smart 4k tv . It has apps but doesn't offer a browser. I would prefer a browser on the Tv rather than having to connect different devices to it or having to mirror.

- Answer This TCL Roku TV does not currently feature a web browser. However, there are thousands of streaming channels and over 500,000 different movies and TV episodes available through the Roku streaming system. Additionally, you can screen mirror compatible Android and Windows phones to the TV. This way you can search on your phone, but view on the TV. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer I have a Spectrum cable app, and I also use the apps that came with the TV. I no longer use a cable box. Should have done that long ago. The cable app has a much clearer picture.
