This TCL Android TV does indeed feature an Ethernet port. WiFi can be disabled by going to Settings Button > More Settings > Network and Internet > Wifi button turn off/on. There are currently no settings to disable Bluetooth. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
