“I can’t get the live TV to come up on this with Xfinity when it scans for the channels, it says no channels found all of the chords are plugged in the right spot”

I have an external Antenna plugged into the coax input and I get 17 over the air channels. Xfinity is cable or streaming, You need an antenna to scan for channels.
