I hsven't set it up like that but would imagine you could if you connect your laptop or tower via hd cables.

My wife just used the TCL TV with her Chromebook for a fitness seminar, which was 2 full days. It provided a much better experience for the certification allowing her to see the exercises on the screen while performing them from 5-7 feet away. Set up was very easy with a HDMI cable.

Although this TCL TV is designed with the primary role of television in mind, it does come with several HDMI ports. Any of these ports can be used to connect the TV to external devices, such as a PC. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
