Because it clearly tells you it is a Google TV. No tv has 2 systems on it. You have Google, WebOs, Fire TV, Roku Tv, Visio and others. Non of these will be installed together on one tv. So next time just put Roku in the search bar and that is all that will be found.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It clearly says it's a Google tv which means it has Google Chromecast for its operating system...other common operating systems are Roku (which it doesn't have) and adore tv (the Amazon one)...there are others like Samsung has it's on and LG has its own and Vizio has its own and a few others. You can always buy a Roku plug in device and use it with HDMI if you don't like the Google Chromecast. I find that Google Chromecast has all the apps I use. I had a Roku tv as well and I think I found all my apps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it's a Google TV (Chromecast is built in). It's way easier to stream to from computers and phones than a Roku TV is and has a similar interface to Roku (free tv channels, apps for streaming services, etc.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Why don't you just say this is not a roku tv. What a pain!!
