“What is the difference between the tcl 4 and 5 series all I use the tv for is streaming tv and maybe cable in future, I bought my dad the 5 but not if there is a big difference, he does have cable and streams”

Each series builds on each other. Both of these series are 4K UHD, have HDR support, and have a Roku operating system.
